About Us
***Delivery finishes at 9:30 pm.*** Lotus Chorlton is a tiny family business, which was opened in May 2021. There are 4 ‘Staffs’ in total: Dad (the chef who does all the cooking), Mum (taking orders and packing), Teenager Son (Occasionally helps mum taking orders on weekends – only when someone’s mood swing is controlled), and the Little Daughter (who gives mum a shout when customer’s coming, or sometimes may force the customers to listen to her flute practice).
We firstly started doing this business in 2007, with just 2 young people in their twenties, in a small town in South Wales…When our son was accepted by the music school here, we decided to give up everything in Wales and take the adventure moving to Manchester. As in our minds, nothing is more important than the family. Life is always tough, but love-filled and connected hearts are even unbreakable. At Lotus Chorlton, we pass this love into every meal we serve. Although we cannot compete with others in speed or quantity, our meals’ freshness and quality are always ensured.
We appreciate that people may have different tastes. As long as been informed in advance, we’ll try our best to suit you. When your demand is beyond our ability, please don’t feel offended. There may be no right or wrong, but all meals cooked with love should be respected.
